Once Shutdown the system(ubuntu) XAMPP,OPENCART not worked .

Hi to all,
1) Install XAMPP successfully on my Ubantu 12.0.4 system.
2)install opencart 1.5.5.1 successfully.
3)After login as admin :
it shows the admin page: and i get the error message as
problem 1 : "Dont forget to delete installed folder"... What it means exactly
problem 2 : after login and do some work. and shutdown the system and start my ubantu once again . I lost all my settings i.e;
1)http://localhost ---------not worked
2)www.example.com ---------virtual host not worked
3)127.0.0.1 --------------------localhost not worked
4)open cart automatically not worked..

can anybody elobarate the problem,actually what happens.
can anyone trace out is appreceated.

This is a OpenCart message i think and this is not an OpenCart support board.

Have you started the XAMPP components again after restarting the system or do you have configurated ubuntu to autostart the XAMPP components?
