Changes Refresh Delay [Solved]

Hi guys,

I was wondering if you could help me. I'm running Xampp for Linux 1.8.1 on Ubuntu 12.04. I'm hosting a joomla site on my machine for development purposes. I use Chromium and Firefox for accessing the site. Everything works ok except one part. Whenever I edit template.css and force the refresh on the web browser by Shift+Ctrl+R or Ctrl+F5, I can't see the changes. I've tried clearing cache on the web browser and in joomla admin control panel. However, if I do refresh 10 minutes later, the changes I've done will show up.

Is there a delay setting I can change in Xampp?

SOLVED

Sorry to bother you guys. I've been digging around for last couple of days and only now I find the problem. My template in Joomla uses Gantry platform and it had cache enabled there. So I've disabled it and it works just fine.
