We have deleted htdocs, what can we do now?

Hello folks!

We're running on our server Linux + apache web server.

What happen? A friend of mine incidently had deleted the folder /opt/lampp/htdocs - you know that mean we lost everything - web sites that took place in that folder and some other things.
That had happened before ~30 mins. What can we do now ? How can we restore the folder ? IT was only deleted, not shift+del.
