Hi there,

I'm new to this XAMPP software and am using it to create my websites offline before final reveal. I am attempting to install Joomla! but the install requires JSON support which it idicates is not enabled. Is there a way to enable it? please advise.

Did you check if it was already enabled by using phpinfo() ?
http://localhost/xampp/phpinfo.php
