I was just wondering i have a domain name with an online company does any one know if i can point there name servers to my xampp ??

so i would be using my domain name and not a free account at www.dyndns.com

i did this with no-ip and it worked but now i'm on linux the no-ip tool seems to much work to install it

If you don't have a static IP, you don't have a static IP. Being on Linux doesn't change that. i.e. you will need some kind of tool.
