have to say for F16 the beta iso is very strange, but once the updates came in it looks solid. my issue is with xampp:

[root@nicole ~]# /opt/lampp/lampp start
Starting XAMPP for Linux 1.7.7...
XAMPP: Starting Apache with SSL (and PHP5)...
XAMPP: Starting MySQL...
XAMPP: Couldn't start MySQL!
XAMPP: Starting ProFTPD...
XAMPP for Linux started.

can anyone confirm this or is it just me? i have completely no idea why mysql could not start ... thank you!
