problem with wordpress

There is something wrong with xampp in linux..

This happened when i get try to import my file (.xml) from wordpress in my serverhosting to localhost.

I hasbeen install the wordpress importer plugin for doing this.

but it apears some error like this



anybody know how to solve this??
