Acces denied to Xampp, but web site is working!!

Hello,

I installed xampp (lampp) on Linux Debian 6. I hoste my wordpress web site on it and it works perfectly. But my problem is that I cannot acces to mySQL even I tried all the commands and it seem that they are not reconized. in the other hand, I can not access to phpmyadmin and I receive the error 403 message.
