Apache Friends Support Forum

I cannot get to XAMPP because i am on a VPS - i have everything started via SSH, but when i got to my URL (http://74.82.212.211) - I get access forbidden, how do i login? I tried finding the httpd-xampp.conf file but i cannot find it in SSH or FTP.
