I then installed XAMPP
XAMPP ( et al ) is running
When I go to http://localhost/xampp, I see the logo and the language choices below the logo. When I click on "English", I can't get past that page. It stays right there ... no matter which language I click on.
I expect this has already been covered in a thread, tho' I've searched for lang.php?en and found nothing.
Please tell me where to go
