Hi, i would try put a joomla site in a server web. I try to install apache and it works. But i made a mix of installation and i don't know what i really make.
Now, i'm looking at xampp. I read that, NOW, are fixed security problem by /opt/lampp/lampp security.

I apologize for the banality of my question:
1) It 's safer un installation of apache, made by a non-expert or a fixed (with /opt ....) installation of xampp?


Any suggest?

i have many problem,,, when i put the script joomla so that i acess to http://localhost/joomla ,, i get some "Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0
