Trouble Finding the URL

/john/test.htm
In my Firefox browser I type in http://10.0.0.28/john/test.htm . I get an "Object not found" error.
When I type in http://10.0.0.28 I get the http://10.0.0.28/xampp page.
Permissions of directories are drwxr-xr-x .
Permissions of test.htm are -rw-r--r-- .
How can I fix this error?
