Security Settings seem to be Effecting other lampp folders?

I have a directory of lampp installations (one of which is named /opt/lampp) I just ran the

Code: Select all

./lampp security

command on a installation that wasn't named /opt/lampp .

However, when I started lampp in the /opt/lampp directory the security changes seem to have been applied to it.

So does this mean that the security script applys directly to the /opt/lampp directory even if you run it from another directory?
