some probleme with xampp php + sqlite

Hi

When with Xampp i do some sqlite request in php to read my DB Xampp say :

Mozzilla firefox can't open this file : xxxx.php
0 Open with? |_______________|<-
0 Dowload file

Accept____________cancel

i must often cancel 4-5 time to see my PHP page

And with SQLitemanager, i can't see any request always up message

What can i doing?
