MySQL running on a remote server

Postby norther » 26. May 2010 13:08

Hey. What if I were to install with mysql on a different server?

What would go where it asks for "host" localhost doesnt work (which seems to be obvious, but my webspace provider support team told me localhost should work)

Can it be the mysql port? where in a cpanel interface would I find the port which my mysql databases use?

Your "description" is no description, its a horribly set of words without any meaning.

Try again and try by far better.
