transfering mysql db from mac osx to redhat.

Hi

I am trying to tranfer the whole rootdatabse by using export from phpmyadmin on macosx and then copy and pasting the code genrated into phpmyadmin on redhat and for some reason it wont transfer permissions granted on all diff databases.
