I am using xampp.
How can I connect mysql database with mysql administrator?

It shows an error.ping works fine.

Could not connect to host '192.168.0.101'.
MySQL Error Nr. 1130
Host '192.168.0.101' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

please provide a solution.
