I try to backup xampp since i want to format my PC that function as webserver by running this command ;

/opt/lampp/lampp backup umarstone

while (umarstone) is my root password for mysql

but after that this error come out ; cdcol : failed

can someone help me...

Did you remember to stop MySQL before starting the backup process?
