501 Unsupported method ('POST')

Hello, I have a little problem with my LAMPP installation. All my php scripts work fine, method GET or POST are OK.
But when an external website try to send POST values, I receive the error "501 Unsupported method ('POST')".

The problem does not occur in the root of my website: I have www directory for my domain1.com and www/domain2 for my domain2.com
the problem occur for POST values to
domain2.com/script.php

but not when POST values to
domain1.com/script.php or
domain1.com/domain2/script.php or
serverip/domain2/script.php

I have no htaccess anywhere, and chmod seems good, what's the problem ?
