error in the eaccelerator and oci8

Please, can someone explain why the eacellarator not start after uncommenting the lines reported in the documentation?
And after commenting errros appears when you start lampp, several errors.
Can anyone tell a solution for this?
And the OCI8 informed in the documentation, this directory /opt/oracle/OraHome1 not exist, how active OCI8 this correctly??
