Browser requires two clicks to load page

Hi friends
I Have LAMPP in Centos 5 Server.
I connect from my PC with Vista Business IE7 or FF3
I Always get to make two clicks in links to load any page in browser.
If I type IP server in addressbar requires hit twice return
Also when page loads, browse lose connection and i again get to make click in link to load page
Any solution for this?

When I connect from WinXP this don't occurs.
