Howto install PostgreSQL in Lampp?

I'm using Linux Fedora 11. I've successfully installed Lampp 1.7.1 base and devel packages. I familiar with using phpmyadmin. Now i want to install PostgreSQL and phpPgAdmin. When i do it through my package manager (Add/Remove), it installs PostgreSQL not into /opt/lampp folder. So i must manually install it like i did with Lampp. Help me with these steps please. I mean PostgreSQL and phpPgAdmin, and maybe other files if need it.
