mysql.h file is missing

I am trying to install zabbix on fedora 10. I have come to configure it and it is complaining that this file does not exist. I have downloaded the dev version of apache friends for linux but still not available. Where can I find this file?

After installation of the devel package, it should be somewhere in "/opt/lampp/include".
