I Have installed Xampp in Ubuntu and almost every thing is working good ,php, mysql and apache ,but the problem is when I tried to access directories that I placed in the root directory example to implement blogs and search engines.
The exact message looks like this:
You don't have permission to access /testone/admin/install.php on this server

where the underlined part is the access denied part. and the message follows as:

Apache/2.2.9 (Unix) DAV/2 mod_ssl/2.2.9 OpenSSL/0.9.8h PHP/5.2.6 mod_apreq2-20051231/2.6.0 mod_perl/2.0.4 Perl/v5.10.0 Server at localhost Port 80
