Lampp does not require any login for localhost. Obviously you installed (or copied) any software into htdocs directory which requires login - how shall we know, what you are doing there?

You are the admin on the machine where you try to work?
If not ask your admin for username and password. If you the admin type in :
sudo /opt/lampp/lampp security
and following the instructions.
If you finished successfully you can use for username: lampp
and the password is the password you typed in before.
Best regards

For local server username: root, password: 12345678 can be. Try this if you wish.
