How to completely uninstall xampp from linux

Hello,
I recently needed to setup svn and I had a huge pain doing it with xampp on ubuntu. I then decided to uninstall ubuntu and use the apt-get command. I've gotten it to work. The problem is when I type in localhost everything works as planned. However, when I type in the ip address of the computer it takes me to ipaddress/xampp. This folder no longer shows and why is it still going to xampp, I uninstalled it as described in the instructions.
Please help me figure what is cause it to go to the xampp subfolder. Thank You
