Cannot find files.

I thought that this was a weird occurrence. When I try and access my website from anywhere I get a list of files instead of the index page, index.php, and when I click a page, it gives me an error of "Cannot find file *insert file/directory name here*. I went over all my conf files, and I don't have an .htaccess file in my main directory, so I have no idea what's causing the problem. Any ideas?

EDIT: Nevermind, I found the problem. A sibling though it'd be funny to create a paradox in the httpd.conf.
