How i can install mod_python?

I would like to install "Trac" on my server, but, i seen needs python for run, and i need install mod_python on Apache.
How i can do this?

I have the developer package!

Is there no install instruction for mod_python?

(You make sure, that you change necessary paths to /opt/lampp)
