probleme with mysql

Hi,
My english is very bad but I will try to explain my problem.
Xampp is installed and Mysql is not running.

error : libgcc_s.so.1 mutch be installed.
With apt-get and synaptic I don't find librairy.
But this librairy is in /lib

I cut libgcc_s.so.1 in xampp's directory (lampp/lib)
i reboot xampp but i have the same message.

what can i do ?
