sudo ln -s ~/public_html /opt/lampp/htdocs/$USER
My site is present at;
http://ancleessen4.no-ip.org:8000/neil/
direct from my Ubuntu 8.10 machine
However,when I ftp to the site I can access the 'xampp' and 'webalizer' folders but I am unable to enter folder 'neil'
This appears to be some sort of permissions problem.
I have tried Filezilla and Fireftp and both give the same result-any tips?
