COnfusing error message on apache startup?

I've moved my virtual site files into the htdocs tree and adjusted the httpd.conf to point to them. These were working configs under regular apache. Iand I am only listening to port 80 except for the ssl site.

Any ideas as to what parameter in the conf needs to be addressed?
