I Need Help receive many connections

October 2008 21:13I installed ubuntu 8.04, and in xampp all this, I installed a tracker (torrentrader) and when I receive many connections can not be displayed page need to configure the httpd and mysql to have about 10,000 connections my team is quad core 6600 with 8GB of ram, forgiveness for my bad English I am Spanish
