Apache notice:child pid 13146 exit signal Segmentation fault

Hello,

With the latest version on CentOS 4, I get this warning in my logs over and over!

[Mon Sep 01 23:21:39 2008] [notice] child pid 13146 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

I have a very busy website and the error file is getting enormous! What can be the problem?
