XAMPP Internet problem

My xampp server is running, and I can access to my project from my PC, but that projects can't be accessed from other PC using Internet network. Can some one tell me where is the problem, because 1st time when I installed it, it was working perfectly from my PC and from Internet network too.

You have to configure your router to direct all port 80 requests to your server. Your server will then be accessible by IP-number.

@skuipers before this error don't needed to configure nothing, i just installed and it works perfectly, but now ...

btw don't use any rotter or something like that, using cable internet.
