How to prepare Xampp with only , PHP , APACHE and PostgreSql and the supported libraries ... Is there any XAMPP with this is available ...

Please guide me in preparing such a xampp.

No. Xampp installs MySQL.

You have to install PostGres on yourself and configure it.
