server errors

My public web server is hosting several sites: PHPnuke, moodle, wordpress and mediawiki.
We recently changed from a RDIS line to a ADLS line (router had to be changed too)
I now notice that phpnuke and moodle sites are slow and wordpress and mediawiki sites work fine!
In the error log I found alot of this lines:
What can I do to find out what's wrong?
