Xampp in prostgreSQL system [prob with SSL]

I have a very good machine with a system (ebox) that has prostgreSQL.
I wonder if there is any problem installing xampp which works with mysql?

Well, I did some exploring:

I changed the listening port of ebox to 8443 and I can start Apache.
But...
I can see ebox with: https://192.168.1.251:8443/ebox --> works fine!

I can see lampp with: https://192.168.1.251 --> that's not what I want! I want: http://192.168.1.251

What can I do?
