Not access http server and ftp server within LAN on 64Bit OS

I have installed xampp 1.6.1 on HP Pavilion which is based on Intel core 2 duo (64 bit architecture) + Fedora 8 (64 bit OS).

I am able to visit http server and ftp server on the PC which xampp is running. But I could NOT browse the http://192.168.1.22 (target machine where installed xampp ).

Does any one have clue?

it was because the firewall block http an ftp.
