Xampp error 1

Not sure if I should have started my own thread here, but seemed different enough from the others that it might warrant its own. If I was wrong, please move it where it needs to be.

then did this

and got this:

Configuration Failed

I am thinking that the 192.168.1.25:8070 was some sort of leftover or hangover from a previous apache setup from a couple of weeks ago on this computer named dualboot1
