Under Construction message

I sometimes get the above message when i browse to my website url from different computers on my LAN. it says " the site you are trying to view does not currently have a default page. It may be on the proess of being upgraded and configured".
I'm hosting the website locally and have a chekpoint firewall on the LAN. Anybody with an idea should kindly help.
I don't know if this problem might arise from the firewall.
