A problem with messaging using XAMP

Hey there XAMP friends
I'm having a small problem.. I'm running a PHP text-based game on XAMP, but its messaging system is not working. (that messaging is same as the Private Message on this forum or any forum)
But with others like WAMP and EasyPhp, it is working.
Can anyone try to help me with this issue?

Where's the admins? I'm sad to see that the support here is very very poor unlike the other packages!
