Bandwidth limitation

Hi,

I've found 3 modules that Apache uses for bandwidth limitation:
mod_bw
mod_bandwidth
mod_throttle

But any of these can act like I want.

I need to limit bandwidth usage per month. Like any vhosts can have 10gb per month of bandwidth, and if execeed a url redirect with a cute error.

The 3 modules i've listed before only allow throttling, like 5kb/s maximum per vhosts.

If someone know how to do this, it could be very usefull for me.

PS: mod_cband isin't working with apache1.3.x
