XAMPP Status - ALL STATUS ARE DEACTIVATED

Since I upgrade my xampp; my all xampp status are deactivated and SSL stop working at all, but website is running up and well and when I turn it on SSL its stop working and giving me an error...
Upgraded from ver. 1.5.5a to 1.6
Using fedora 5
Is anybody knows the solution, will be thankfull in advance...
