Problem after moving XAMPP to another machine

Postby greno » 29. January 2007 20:20

I moved my XAMPP installation to a new machine but now when I try to start it I get the following error:

Code: Select all
# ./lampp start
Starting XAMPP for Linux 1.5.4a...
XAMPP: Starting Apache with SSL (and PHP5)...
XAMPP: Starting MySQL...
XAMPP: Starting ProFTPD...
Starting PostgreSQL

XAMPP for Linux started.

What account is not available and how should it be setup?

The apachestart.log is empty. There is already a postgres user in /etc/passwd:

postgres:x:26:26:PostgreSQL Server:/var/lib/pgsql:/bin/bash

Another question:
Are the other servers running (Apache, MySQl, ProFTP)?
