Getting redirected to /xampp folder

Postby Craig321 » 24. January 2007 00:10

Hello,

I recently installed XAMPP on Ubuntu. Everything is working well apart from one thing:

When I access the website from the server PC then I can see the folders xampp and webalizer in the directory listing.

When I access the website from another different computer I get redirected to the /xampp folder for some reason.

I have checked for a .htaccess file and a index file that may be redirecting me, but there's nothing there.

How can I stop it redirecting please?

Thanks,
Craig.

Seems to be sorted now, I think it was a browser cache problem :)

I have the same problem. I've located the file that redirects to the xampp directory, but how do I rewrite it to point to my home/user directory?

sorry for being such a noob,

Erik
