Change Default Passwords & User Names

Quick question (I hope): where are the passwords and user names for each service that XAMPP uses located? I would like to make every service use a common password/user name configuration to make things easier to remember.

I've run the security application on the server via command line and changed all the passwords it presented me with to a common but the user names remain something to the effect of "lampp" and "xampp" and "root" and "default" and "admin", so where are these stored/changed?
