Apache + XAMPP + Zend for Oracle

After I installed successfully xampp on a REDHAT, I install Zend for Oracle OCI8.
The problem is that Zend works only with apache 2.0.x, so I let Zend to install apache2 also.
The new installation done in a different directory than XAMPP.
How can I exploit XAMPP in order to operate with the new apache installation and of course MySQL ? Because now is a mess!
