How can I recompile xampp in my AMD 64 bit server?

When I untar xampp in my AMD 64 bit server, and do it followed the tutorial
. anything is ok except for runing mysql. When I access mysql every time,
the console will show waring message[b]"libgcc_s.so.1 must be installed for pthread_cancel to work"[/b].

but I can find libgcc_s.so.1 in my server, and I make a static link and is of no
use.

yes，apache is working, http://localhost is ok.
