problem snmp no found

Is what there is means of adding SNMP in the XAMPP (Apache 2 and PHP5)? (Bus Oreon does not find SNMP.so) because i'm use a software Oreon for Nagios. If so, it would be possible that you can explain in stage by stage and details.
