Ubuntu/Xampp/Virtual hosting.

If anyone has any experience in using xampp installed on ubuntu with gnome and is using a virtual hosting control panel that allows users automatic signup and such please contact me.
Not interested in seller, reseller and such control panels just my server and a way for users to create an account pay for the account. Site management is up to the user.
